The challenge
The room simply wasn't built for a conventional dinner-and-mingling format at this scale.
The thinking
Rather than force a standard format into a space that couldn't hold it, Betreat proposed a Swiss Fair — a series of stations built around genuine Swiss experiences instead of one long dinner.

Designed
The Swiss Fair concept, the presentation, stands and shelving for each station, the staff wardrobe, and the overall art direction and decor.
Sourced
Ricola tasting, local cheese, Swiss wine and cider, a traditional Hammer & Nail challenge, chocolate fondue, Swiss trivia, and live entertainment — a DJ and saxophone.
Delivered
On-site installation, execution and dismantling of the Swiss Fair stations within the wider client event, with Maxi and Théo on-site throughout.
