Betreat’s scope
The brief
The challenge
The retreat marked Vialto Partners’ first anniversary. It needed to combine leadership time with a full-group experience, while keeping accommodation, transport, food preferences and guest logistics aligned.
The thinking
Betreat built the overnight programme around Schloss Hünigen, pairing the leadership meeting with a chocolate-making workshop, dinner, karaoke and the anniversary moment — so the agenda could move naturally from work to connection.
Betreat’s role
Designed
The two-day programme structure — a leadership meeting, a chocolate-making workshop, dinner and karaoke — built around the anniversary.
Sourced
Schloss Hünigen as the main venue, overflow accommodation at Koncept Hotel Münsingen, and a chocolate-making workshop for the full group.
Delivered
Hotel coordination and room allocation, food preference coordination, transportation, guest logistics and client liaison throughout — plus custom ‘Happy birthday, Vialto Partners’ signage and a cake for the anniversary.
