The brief
The challenge
Getting roughly 500 people through hotel check-in at once is its own operation. And two days in, the CEO decided to add a party that wasn't on the original programme — with lighting and music needed at short notice.
The thinking
Iberostar Cala Domingos gave the group the space and infrastructure a retreat this size actually needs. Betreat's proposal combined that venue with a competitive price and a faster turnaround than the alternatives on the table. Sometimes the best part of an event isn't the part you planned.

The full programme across three days — arrivals, an Olympic-style team competition, beach and hotel activities, a gaming station, and the stage, lighting and PA for each evening.
Sourced
Two charter flights, the Iberostar Cala Domingos buyout, goodie bags, event T-shirts, and the extra lighting and music brought in for the CEO's after-party.
Delivered
Airport transfers and arrival for around 500 people, hotel check-in — with Maxi personally working the front desk alongside the hotel team, drawing on his own front-office background — and production and coordination on-site throughout, working alongside with local partners and the hotel's own teams. The CEO thanked the team publicly at dinner.
