The brief
The challenge
The programme required detailed coordination across a large group: changing activity numbers, individual guest requirements, transport, hotel logistics, production needs and a timed evening programme all had to hold together.
The thinking
Betreat built the programme around different ways of experiencing Switzerland — city and culinary activities, chocolate experiences, group moments on the water and production support — while keeping the operational details close to the live guest list.
