The challenge
The forum needed a clear digital layer around a live programme: agenda content, speakers, partners, practical information and post-event follow-up had to stay current and easy for participants to use.
The thinking
Betreat treated the event app as part of the participant journey, not a static agenda. Content was kept responsive around speaker updates, programme information, survey access and post-event video content.
