The brief
The challenge
The programme moved across two cities and three event formats, with conference schedules, accommodation, dinners and social moments all needing to align. In Amsterdam, final participation varied by day, with approximately 15 people expected on 15 May and 20 on 16 May.
The thinking
Betreat used the Amsterdam programme to balance working sessions with local experiences: a welcome cocktail, graffiti workshop, cheese tasting and an evening cruise with dinner. The result was a clear rhythm around the conference agenda rather than an added-on social programme.
