The brief
The challenge
The offsite required accommodation for approximately 18–20 senior attendees, executive-style meeting facilities across two days, working lunches, coffee breaks, group dinner options and close coordination while requirements were being refined.
The thinking
Betreat coordinated the venue process directly on Brink’s behalf, bringing the hotel proposal, accommodation, meeting setup, restaurant coordination and participant requirements into one working plan.
